Kelley A. Chenhalls,

Kelley Chenhalls is an associate attorney with Hochstatter, McCarthy, Rivas
& Runde, S.C. She has been working with the firm since 2002. Kelley
graduated cum laude from Marquette University Law School and was admitted to
practice law in Wisconsin in May 2003. She is a member of the American
Immigration Lawyers Association and her practice areas include:
employment-based and family-based immigration, temporary visas, religious
worker visas, naturalization, and permanent residence for professionals,
with a special emphasis on the medical field. Kelley also is a member of the
Wisconsin and Milwaukee Bar Associations. She was awarded a master’s degree
in Political Science – International Affairs by Marquette University in 2004
and graduated cum laude with an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in English
from Marquette University in 1999. She taught English and U.S. history in Grindsted, Denmark, and studied Spanish in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. Kelley
speaks Spanish.

Jennifer Nissen,

Jennifer Nissen is an
associate attorney with Hochstatter, McCarthy, Rivas & Runde, S.C. and has been
working with the firm since January 2005. Jenny graduated cum laude from the
University of Wisconsin Law School in Madison, Wisconsin in May 2005 and
obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin –
Madison in December 1998. Between those academic programs, she spent a year
working as an Americorps*VISTA volunteer and two years working in social
services. She is a member of the Milwaukee and Wisconsin Bar Associations.
Jenny has studied Spanish in Guatemala.

Ruth D. Ingraham |

Ruth Ingraham has over
fifteen years experience in the immigration field. She last held the
position of Director of Immigration and Social Services at the International
Institute of Wisconsin. As Director and Accredited Representative before
the United States Citizenship & Immigration Services (formerly INS), Ms.
Ingraham advocated for and assisted immigrants and refugees. She has
conducted immigration workshops to service providers and to the general
public. She served as a trustee for Catholic Social Services’ Board of
Trustees from 1997 to 1999. She speaks English and Spanish. Ms. Ingraham
holds a BA in Sociology from the Federico Villarreal University, Lima, Peru,
her country of birth.

Gillian A. Stewart |

With over ten years at Hochstatter, McCarthy, Rivas & Runde, S.C., Gillian
Stewart is our firm's most senior paralegal. She has experience with
business and family immigration cases of all kinds, with particular
expertise in business and professional immigrant and nonimmigrant visas,
physicians and nurses, and university professors and researchers.
Gillian received a bachelor of arts degree, joint honors in English
literature and drama from the University of Bristol in the United
Kingdom. She was educated in French as a child in Lebanon and lived in
Paris from 1971 to 1989. Her employers in Paris included UNESCO, an
international manufacturer, and an international intellectual property law
firm. In addition to her fluency in French, Gillian has good basic
knowledge of German.

Leslie Maslowski |

Firm Administrator Leslie Maslowski has 20 years office experience in
law firms in Michigan and Wisconsin. She is a graduate of Albion
College in Michigan, with a B.A. in Biology. Leslie has lived and
worked in Saudi Arabia for the French Geological Survey and has traveled
extensively through the Middle East, Europe and Asia.
